Greetings everyone! My name is Eric and I’m the newest member on board at Nobility
Performance. My role as a Fascial Stretch Therapist is to transform your body from “Ow” to
“Wow”! Yes indeed, whether you’re looking for posture correction, performance improvement or
simply want to sleep better at night, the full FST experience can fulfill all your needs. Allow me
to explain.
I’d like for you to imagine Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) as if you’ve hired an instructor to
perform yoga for you without you doing any work. That’s right, as your mind and body are in the
most relaxing state, synchronizing your breathing, the therapist is able to reduce your body’s
tension by guiding you through varieties of movement. The whole experience’s philosophy
focuses on stretching and releasing the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles,
bones, and joints. It involves gentle traction and movement of the body to improve flexibility,
mobility, and overall physical performance.
Now, you might ask “how do I know if this is beneficial for my needs?” To simplify, FST helps
with any human bodies to optimize their performance and recover faster, while providing
improved flexibility, mobility, and pain relief. Whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance your
performance or an elderly individual seeking greater mobility and less achey feelings, FST can
be a beneficial therapy to incorporate into your wellness routine. Whether you’re looking for an
instant performance result or long term care, your full FST experience is the answer.
I’d like to conclude by saying that as a bodybuilder myself, I’ve been seeking treatments
constantly, therefore I can understand from both perspectives as a patient and therapist. It has
been a pleasure of mine to witness my client’s transformations, but more importantly, it has
been a relief of stress for my mind and body as a beneficiary from FST, because I was able to
showcase better posings and aesthetics on stage to claim the title of Mr. Natural Classic Ottawa
2023.
It’s my pleasure to invite you to join me for the full FST experience and unlock your body’s
potential!
Greetings everyone! My name is Eric and I’m the newest member on board at Nobility
