Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

Fascial Stretch Therapy is the manual manipulation of the body on multiple planes of movement. Through traction on the joints, lengthening of the muscles and fascia, FST awakens the central nervous system & helps correct structural imbalances.
Fascial Stretch Therapy is not currently covered by insurance.

So you are thinking about taking the PLUNGE! Our cold water immersion tub reaches temperatures of 4C or 39F . It also has a built in commercial grade robust filtration system that includes UV, ozone, and a 5 micron filter.
